The management of INDUSTRIAS LOTU is aware of their responsibility in regards to quality and the environment, and they try to be consistent with that by providing the organisation with a management system that implements the policy and drives the planning and management systems. Likewise, they provide the resources needed for executing their quality plan and environmental management programme, they monitor fulfilment of the goals in those areas, and they periodically evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of the system. The management makes this commitment based in the following points: Satisfying the client’s requirements and the legal and regulatory requirements; updating the needs and expectations of the interested parties; creating the annual management plan according to the strategic plan; creating the quality and environmental policy and goals. Reviews by the management within the planned deadlines Availability of resources for carrying out the continuous improvement of the management system The management of INDUSTRIAS LOTU reviews the product realisation processes and support processes to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness. At a general level, the management system is focused on being aware of the demands and requirements of the client our products are made for, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, improving the environmental behaviour of our business activities and the commitment to protecting the environment, including preventing pollution. At an individual level, we will apply the procedures developed to facilitate being aware of each client’s requirements. On the other hand, and in relation to the legal and environmental requirements, the necessary procedures will be applied to ensure awareness of them, following the process, and periodically evaluating compliance.
