ETHICAL CHANNEL

In their organisational and management model, INDUSTRIAS LOTU, S.A. has activated an ethical channel with preventive effectiveness that makes it possible to detect actions or behaviour that could be in violation of general or sectorial regulations that are applicable under the criminal code when it establishes “the obligation to report possible risks and non-compliance to the body in charge of overseeing the functioning and adherence to the prevention model”. The ethical channel is enabled for all the members of our entity and third parties that may bring any procedural or organisational weakness that may give rise to a legal risk or committing or omitting an illegal act to the attention of the organisation. INDUSTRIAS LOTU, S.A. guarantees the confidentiality, anonymity and absence of reprisals of any kind for the person who reported the acts. The information will only be kept in the system for the time absolutely necessary to ascertain the acts reported. In any case, our organisation will delete personal data from the system three months after it was entered. If keeping data is necessary to continue the investigation, our organisation may keep handling personal data in a separate and legally appropriate environment.
